Alison works with corporations to improve employee engagement and wellbeing which in turn will increase productivity, improve retention, and lead to teams that can work better and more creatively together. 


Alison’s approach helps leaders and employees figure out personal blocks, improve individual communication skills, and make connections between personal and professional history to their current work situation.  


Alison will also work with teams and small groups to help improve communication, deal with conflict, respect diversity, and have a shared sense of purpose and values aligned teamwork.

Unlike executive coaches, Alison works as a mental health partner to corporations.  Alison is able to draw on her experience working as a psychotherapist in many different settings and prior experience in HR in healthcare and Silicon Valley tech to deliver lasting results.

Corporate Partnership

Alison offers a long-term model of either 6 or 12 months working one day a week with your company, which can be renewed.  Alison offers programs for teams as well as individuals with an emphasis on middle management. Alison will work closely with executives and teams to build a long-term trusted relationship in areas such as engagement, retention, and workplace culture. Alison follows a 5-step process:

  1. ENGAGE AND ASSESS – Alison will meet with leaders and teams and assess current opportunities for growth. This includes understanding inter personal dynamics, current crisis, strengths, weaknesses and conflict through individual conversations and prior staff survey and performance review outcomes.

  2.  DEFINE – With full context, Alison defines a highly tailored plan to meet agreed outcomes. The plan defines roles and responsibilities as well as measures for progress.

  3. COMMITMENT – With the support of leadership, Alison communicates the plan to all team members participating and secures their commitment.

  4. ADAPT AND EVOLVE – The program is adapted as needed based on progress made against objectives. This can include program acceleration.

  5. MAINTENANCE & INTEGRATION - Unlike short term coaching and workshops Alison is driving to deliver lasting change for individuals, the team and the organisation.  This takes time, maintenance and support integrating new work practices into the day to day operating environment.
